HAPPY NATIONAL TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY!!!!
Yes, I'm serious! It really is (believe it or not!) So in honor of talk like a pirate day, I did three pages of my son last halloween who was, yes you guessed it, a PIRATE! This first page's main attraction is the pirate boat I created. This was done mainly with my cricut with the life's a beach cartridge. I used the hide/contour button on my gypsy to hide a few parts of the boat.
In this picture you see the boat a little closer. This was to show how the sails I made using canvas material and "shredded" the edges to make it look worn. I also took some Distressed Ink in black soot to weather them a bit. The title Captain half beard was cut with my cricut cartridge Black Letter and the skulls were cut with my cricut life is a beach cartridge. The Halloween title was stamped with an Inkadoo stamp I bought at Michaels and the stickers were by Jolee's. Hope you enjoy it and have a happy talk like a pirate day! Thank you for looking! Please feel free to leave comments! I love them! Melissa
